Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused
• Items must be in original packaging
• Items must be in resalable condition
  

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items, including Retractable Hand Banners
• Used or damaged items not due to shipping

Refunds

• A 12% restocking fee will be deducted from all returns
• Customers are responsible for return shipping
• We do not provide return labels
• Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected
  

Shipping

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

• Send the item back. (Return shipping is on you.)
  Include a printout of the gear receipt, including the reason for the exchange.
• Once we receive & inspect it, we will refund the gear cost -12% restocking fee.
• We'll send you a shipping code for your new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days, and we’ll make it right.
